Why you should stay in CNU's contracted hotel?
Each year CNU contracts a block of rooms at a variety of hotels for the participants of the Annual Meeting.
In order to secure sleeping rooms at a lower rate, CNU must guarantee that meeting attendees fill a certain number of those rooms each night. If we fail to occupy these rooms, CNU is forced to pay a fee to compensate the lost profit of the hotel. Not reaching our guarantees at the hotels not only will cost CNU but the members and attendees as well. To compensate, CNU would have to raise the registration fees for the meetings, spend less on member services and have limited space at future destinations to convene our Annual Meeting. To allow CNU to continue to add value to the meeting, it is crucial that participants of the CNU Annual Meeting stay at contracted hotel.

Getting to the Congress
Flying
Palm Beach International Airport is conveniently located 2.5 miles west of downtown West Palm Beach and just 3.5 miles west of Palm Beach. PBIA is situated adjacent to Interstate Highway 95 and is accessible from anywhere in Palm Beach County.
Ground Transportation includes public shuttles, on-demand taxi, sedan, van, limousine, and shared-ride services. No reservations are required for arriving passengers. Service is available at the ground transportation desks conveniently located on the East and West ends of the Terminal, Level One, Baggage Claim. Please coordinate directly with your hotel for the status of their shuttles.
Riding a Train, Bus or Trolley
The West Palm Beach Intermodal Station is located in downtown at 201 South Tamarind Avenue. The Intermodal Station is served by Amtrak passenger rail and Tri-Rail commuter rail service, as well as the intercity bus carrier Greyhound. The station provides access to taxies, a downtown shuttle, and the free local trolley. The building, originally called the Seaboard Air line Railway station, was designed by the Palm Beach architectural firm of Harvey & Clarke and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
