Early bird registration: April 12, 2012, 11:59pm EST
Online registration closes: Monday May 7th at midnight EST.
Onsite registration opens Tuesday May 8th at 5:00pm.
After May 7, please wait for onsite registration starting on Tuesday May 8th at 5pm. Registrations received between May 7 and May 8 will have to be re-processed onsite.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Substitutions for Conference Registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in writing.
Registration fees will be refunded less a $100.00 administration charge, if a refund request is received in writing at convene@aol.com before April 12, 2012. No refunds for registration fees will be issued for requests received after April 12, 2012, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee.
